Youth/Middle School Speed, Strength, & Agility Description:
A fun and challenging class designed to teach your youth athlete proper training techniques that he or she can use for the rest of their life. With a focus on Speed, Strength, Agility, and Injury Prevention. Middle School athletes will use very light weights to learn proper lifting techniques.
High School Speed, Strength, & Agility Description:
A fun and challenging class designed to teach your athlete proper training techniques and help them get an edge on their competition. With a focus on Speed, Stregnth, Agility, and Injury Prevention. Once proper lifting techniques is demonstrated athletes will perform intense circuit workouts designed to help them break through their barriers.
